A brick is simply a way of building one workout on top of another. In this case, a one-hour ride "bricked" on top of a two-hour run... a good way to get in a long workout and put all the muscle groups through the ringer... something to consider with Stella or Francine and your friends Nike or Avia.
Oh!Nike and Avia wouldn't exactly be consideredfriendsmoreso, they're allowed to occupy a space in my life:-)My brick would be a 30 min run topped by a 2:30 hour ride.
